FAQs

1. Why does my new disposable vape (or pod) taste burnt, or why is the flavor suddenly weak?

A burnt taste, often called a "dry hit," means the heating coil has activated without enough e-liquid on the cotton wicking material.

2. My disposable vape is blinking/flashing and won't produce vapor. Is it broken?

A flashing light is usually an indicator of a safety or functional issue, and often not a defect.

  • If it has a charging port (Rechargeable): The blinking usually means the battery is depleted. Connect it to a charger and wait for the indicator light to confirm it is fully charged.
  • If it does NOT have a charging port (Single-Use): The blinking means the battery is completely dead and the device has reached the end of its life. It's time to responsibly dispose of the unit and get a new one.
  • If it's a new device: A blink can also indicate an over-puff protection (puffing for too long) or an internal connection error. Try taking shorter, gentler puffs.

3. How do I properly dispose of my used disposable vape or pod?

Due to the internal lithium-ion battery, disposable vapes and pods should NEVER be thrown in household trash.

  • Safe Disposal: They must be treated as e-waste. We recommend taking them to a dedicated e-waste recycling center, or bringing them back to our store/a local collection point, if available.
  • Safety Precaution: Never attempt to take a device apart or damage the battery, as this can be hazardous. Please recycle responsibly to protect the environment.
